How to use

• Apply along the upper lash line (thicker at the outer third) and tightline the upper waterline for instant depth.
• Smudge the liner upwards right away with a brush and add a second layer at the outer corner for a soft gradient.
• Optional: press a matching matte eyeshadow over the liner to set it, then finish with mascara.
